Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of Digital Goodness INC’s website, SaaS development services, technology consulting, workflow automation, API integrations, cloud support, reporting dashboards, project deliverables, and related digital services.

Company Overview

Digital Goodness INC provides software-as-a-service solutions, custom web applications, workflow automation, API and third-party integrations, cloud infrastructure support, analytics dashboards, website technology, and ongoing technical support.

Project Scope

Each project may be governed by a proposal, invoice, statement of work, approved email, or service agreement describing deliverables, timeline, fees, and client responsibilities. Work outside the approved scope may require a revised estimate or separate payment.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project information and business requirements.
Provide timely feedback, approvals, and access credentials when needed.
Use our services only for lawful business purposes.
Pay approved invoices, retainers, subscriptions, or milestone fees when due.

Payments and Billing

Clients agree to pay all approved service fees according to the payment terms provided at checkout, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by Digital Goodness INC.

Service Fulfillment

All consulting, SaaS development, software support, workflow automation, digital platform, and technology deliverables are provided digitally through email, scheduled meetings, written reports, project documentation, software access, development milestones, testing updates, and approved delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom deliverables created specifically for a client may transfer to the client after full payment is received. Digital Goodness INC retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, reusable code, templates, internal processes, methods, and know-how.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party tools, software licenses, hosting, APIs, cloud services, or vendor subscriptions. Clients are responsible for third-party fees unless otherwise stated in writing. Digital Goodness INC is not responsible for outages, price changes, limitations, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

We work to provide professional technology services and practical recommendations; however, we do not guarantee revenue increases, search rankings, software adoption rates, traffic levels, or business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.

Termination

Digital Goodness INC may suspend or terminate services if a client fails to pay, violates these Terms, provides false information, misuses the services, or engages in unlawful activity.
